I think a loan move to forest is a good move for Henderson and the club.
It gives eth an opportunity to assess ddg and his suitability and gives Henderson a chance to improve and either get in the shop window or stake his claim.
Interesting to see who will come in to cover Henderson.

I fully agree. I don't think having two keepers fighting it out for No.1 actually helps either of them.

Shappy, you agree other than that you have spent all summer telling us how DDG doesn't suit EtH style and that Henderson is more the type of keep he rates ?.

I don't think either will be here after this season.
I hope de gea can improve his distrabution with his feet and adapt to how we will want to play
But i can't see it tbh.
Agree with henderson but unless ten hag sees somthing while he is at forest i think both keepers will be sold next summer.

Agree Bolger - both will go by end of next season.
Henderson to Forest on loan will allow him to play regularly and hopefully recover some of his value for a sale while the club have other priorities away from GK this year so makes sense to give DDG another year then sell after hopefully some improvement after coaching/ ETH system etc
Then get Sanchez in from Brighton
So long as they don’t offer DDG another contract tho.

A lot of rumours coming out of the club that Henderson is becoming quite the problem with his attitude and the club can’t wait to get rid of him. No surprise no top club is interested, he was poor when given the chance for us and seemed to think he had made it after a couple of games.

Dodgy, if it was me DDG would have gone a couple of season's ago when he was in poor form and had been for over 18 months.
Henderson has been very poorly handled in my opinion.
Personally I see more of the traits that EtH supposedly looks for in Henderson than in DDG.
We know EtH considered signing Henderson so you'd think he at least rates him and thinks he fits his style of play.
However, it would be difficult to come in and either drop or sell DDG and replace him with Henderson based on last season's form.
While keeping them both would present a difficult situation as one will not be happy and that doesn't help to make the toxic dressing room any better.
One has to go this summer, its definitely the easier option to move Henderson on that DDG.

You can say that again we would be a team going around in circles? he wouldn't even sign for the club himself.
