Which feasible players would you sign for utd, if you were in the incoming manager?
{Ed001's Note - Saliba from Arsenal for the centre-back role, Cucurella as the left-back, I think midfield is the next most important and I don't see more than 3 or 4 coming in at most, so one or two of Ndidi, Neves, Aouar or Bissouma (but I would want to closely examine his background before I would consider Bissouma or he would be the first choice signing). You do need a right-back as well, but Wan-Bissaka was very capable at Palace and Dalot looked to have great potential when you signed him, so maybe some time under ten Hag could work for them.}

{Ed001's Note - Bissouma has been accused but I don't know if it is true or not which is why I would want to take a close look at him. Brilliant player but if he comes with baggage he is best avoided. It is hard to tell with Atalanta defenders (I know he is on loan there but I have only seen him play for them) as they play such open football they often look poor. When I have seen him he has looked ok, but I wouldn't want him as the cornerstone of the defence if it was me. Saliba on the other hand is one of the best prospects I have seen and the fact Arteta is too stupid to see it should be a sackable offence on its own.}

What do you rate Garner?
{Ed001's Note - good player, but not sure he is ready to be more than a squad player at best. Though he would certainly be worth using to fill a gap in the squad for the season if needed and maybe he can step up his game to the right level as he is not far off.}

Cucurella is a great shout ed. I really like him.
{Ed001's Note - and me, he is improving by the game and can play left-side of a back 3 as well in times of need.}

I think Garners deserves a chance, given how poor the midfield is, plus the need to sign at least 4 players.
Definitely going to take at least 3 transfer windows to sort this mess out. When will the club learn?

Who would you for for up front Ed1? Or give the you g lads a chance?
{Ed001's Note - someone like Dybala, Martinez or David would be good, but you can only buy so many at a time and you still have one more year of Ronaldo. If you can offload Ronaldo I would go for David or Darwin Nunez, but you then have to convince them to join United, which is the difficult part at the moment. Probably the one to target would be Isak, there is so much potential there if it can be brought out of him, so I would say him as the first choice target.}

Noises been made about Pau Torres, but he’d be a car crash in my opinion. Too small and basically Lindelof Mk2. In a Eutopic world I’d love Ake from the others but I doubt they’d let him go.

Was a while ago Ed1 I think. Can’t see show anything positive has changed at our club to make him want to join…. having said that think he was due to be off to Dortmund,
But they may now have other ideas. Who knows.

Would move Sancho to left forward under Ten Hag and put in one of our younger players at RW. Would look for a LB instead to play the Ten Hag system, cause Shaw is going to drive ehim nuts. You would a coach devoted to telling him what to do the entire game.
Other than that Maguire Bruno and de Gea would need replacing the second year, this squad really has little in place for the new manager at all.

I'd leave Maguire out and sell him. He is truly an awfull defender. It fact he is so bad he could even defend himself.
