Bruno Fernandes rumoured to have signed a new four year deal and Sporting have upped his release clause to £85m.
{Ed001's Note - not a rumour, Sporting announced it. He was already on a 4 year deal, it is just upping his release clause.}

Still worth every penny. Pretty sure Sporting have some financial issues that need sorting. I would imagine the increase in release clause is about making sure they bank enough money to clear the financial issues and have enough to finance a replacement for when Bruno leaves.

Yes Shappy, We are crying out for a Bruno Fernandes or Maddison or Kai Havertz for our no 10 role.
Andreas and Lingard are hardworking but neither posses the creative spark or guile needed to be our first choice no 10.

TrueRedDevil, we need someone who can spot a forward pass and put pressure on the opposition though their use of the ball.
I think we need a No.10 AND someone who can offer creation from deeper.

Yes exactly.
In addition to a no 10, we need someone similar to the ilk of SMS or Saul Niguez to control the midfield.
In most of the games this season, we are getting overrun in midfield. Without McTominay, there is no energy or mobility as well.
Therefore central midfield is the area we must address asap.
