McTominay's interview;
Comes across like a true leader and setting a great example.
His manager's award should go to any breakthrough youth player if you ask me. Gone from a joke to a valid leader.

We have a couple of young lads coming through who at youth level have been leaders, Tuanzebe, Williams and Garner have all lead youth sides. McTominay looks to be growing into a leader within the dressing room.
The future looks bright with some of these lads in the team. let's hope they can all make it at the highest level and we can supplement them with quality signings both in terms of talent and attitude.
