If given the choice who would you guys have playing behind the striker for us? Maddison, Alli or Eriksen?

Maddison or Kai Havertz for me.
Eriksen often goes missing in the big games, and we don't have the quality in our side to have a player who doesn't turn up for the big games.
Alli for me has badly gone off the boil. A couple of years ago he looked a cert to become a top level world class player. Yet not I'm not sure what his best position is? He hasn't developed his all round game enough to play as one of a midfield double pivot, while he drifts in and out of games when played as a No.10 or wide. I thought he would develop into a midfielder in a similar mould of Frank Lampard starting deep then stepping forward to sweep home chances as part of the second or third phase of an attack. Although he had the potential to be far more athletic in that role.
Pochettino often gets a lot of credit for developing young players, yet Alli and Dier have gone backwards under him in recent seasons. There is a big difference between playing young players and developing them as a player.

Haha Ed. I wouldn't have Alli in the national league north, terrible player, Eriksen at one time yes but has shown he has the Mesut Ozils about him, Maddison would be a no brainer but Leicester in a great place atm so why would he leave.
