Folks are talking yet again about the need to change club structure.
HOUSTON? We have a problem!
Changes to the structure (if any) will be made by those who are integral parts of the hit that needs changing.
I reckon that means we are stuffed.

Nothing will change within the club until we stop making money off the pitch
Woodward gets slagged off a lot on here for what he doesn't do but the guy knows how to bring in the bacon
It's a shame really how far we have fallen In such a shirt space of time.
We never recruited and replaced the likes of Rio Vidic evra Giggs Carrick even ronaldo.
We haven't just had poor recruitment in the last 7 years It goes beyond that.
We just had a team that gave there all and a manager that was the best.
Come Christmas we will be back to square one and most likely on the 6th person (including giggs) to take over since fergie left.

Bolger, failure to qualify for the CL again this season results in a significant reduction in the money we get from our deal with Adidas. I can see this being the reason Ole is pushed, and we’ll be back to where we were last January talking up a big rebuild.
Since the Glazers’ leveraged buyout, the club has spent close to a billion dollars on financing: interest on the debt, repayments, and dividends. We still have the second highest debt in the league, and Spurs at least have a brand new stadium to show for their borrowing.
This wasn’t a rapid decline. It was a steady erosion directly tied to the leveraged buyout. Fergie papered over the cracks for a while, but now we are seeing the true costs.

Bolger, are you serious about Woodward? United are a world famous brand, and thousands of huge corporations are clamouring to put pen to paper to sign endorsement deals. You don't have to be genius executive or salesman to push deals through. Companies are lining up to be a part of this club.
Woodward has shown complete inadequacy at anything he does, you just need to see the money being paid for average players and the money we give in salaries, to realize what a totally horrific job this idiot is doing.

Let’s put it into perspective. The Glazers have taken out 1 billion pounds while the Arabs have put 1 billion into City so that’s a difference of 2 billion. Until the Glazers are gone nothing will change.

City invested and revamped their academy and training facilities.
They built a structure to oversee the development of the club.
Convinced the likes of Aguero, Silva, Yaya Toure to begin their dominance.
They had a clear in place for success and it's bearing fruit now.
On the other hand, the decision makers at our club are making poor decisions constantly.
Not sure how or when this will get sorted.
We need people with expertise in football to run the club.

Woodwards done nothing. A totally undeserved reputation. Taking credit for other guys work. Its like this myth that the glazers are good businesses people.
