You need a spine of experienced professionals who have won things and can guide the club. Only then can you blood younger players with potential.
Right now we have no backbone as limited experience. Hey ho - the 17 year old wonderkid will see us through (Greenwoood is superb but we shouldn't be pinning our hopes on him) .

we have old experienced players. the only troube is everyone can see they are past there sell by date accept the dim wits above.
