It’s a bit worrying that Utd were deciding last week if they should get a CB or not, after what we have seen last season I would have thought it’s a no brainer!
Then today we apparently bid £70 million for Maquire!
Who is making these decisions, it’s obvious we need the best CB we can buy and he isn’t that, we also need a right winger or attacker, if we have to pay £100 million to get koulibally get him, if Dias is £60 get him Maguire is the modern day Phil Jones.

You’ve made the age old mistake of believing something you have read, Ed002 has said which defenders we are looking at, the club didn’t ‘decide last week’ that they might want a centre half, and the offer for Maguire that was reported today was more Sky guff so they could say 2 hours later the offer was rejected. They already knew it had been rejected when they printed the original story and they create their own narrative.
