All I see here are massive money signings people want or slating maguire but has anyone thought of giving Tuanzebe a chance. He looks physically ready, won promotion with Aston Villa and has had John Terry coaching him. I think we should atleast see how he gets on before signing someone for 60m plus.

{Ed004's Note - I don't think Tuanzebe is ready yet. The ideal situation for us would be Villa wanting him back for the new season to partner Mings again. He needs to improve his ability in the air and positioning. Hes very quick, good tackler and a brilliant passer but his other areas would get targetted at United}

Agree with 004 here except for the opinion on passing. I think he’s fairly awkward on the ball at times, and often when he dribbles forward he doesn’t seem to have the confidence to play the forward pass, often stopping and turning around to play the ball to his nearest team mate. I think another year at Villa is what he needs so he can get regular game time at a higher level. Hopefully the additional pressure and lack of time in possession will bring on his passing and decision making. Physically he’s ready, good pace and strong in the tackle.

I would Love Tuanzebe to come in and have a crack at the whip. However, unless we shift a few players he will likely start further down the pecking order. What is vital for him is he plays regularly at EPL level next season.

So either Ole has to take the chance with him and appreciate he will make mistakes as he develops and the team will have to take those mistakes on the chin. But play him every week regardless, or he needs a loan out to a EPL club where he will play every week.

Same goes for Dean Henderson. Both Henderson and Tuanzebe have potential to be future starters at our club, but both need to be playing EPL football every week next season to build on there development from this season. So maybe loans back to Villa and Sheifield United are best for them.

Id loan them both out.

Tuanzebe to Villa for another season. Release Rojo. Bring in Toby or other option. Next summer move on Smalling and Jones probably Bailly as well. Bring back Tuanzebe.

Sell de Gea this summer go with Romero. Loan Henderson.

Gazza do you want to win the league or exist in the league? If it is the latter please think before posting lunacy.

Totally agree with Wazza. I watched all Villa's matches in the run in. Tuanzebe, passed the ball very poorly. He's nowhere near ready to be first choice, but i would rather have him as cover instead of Jones, Rojo or Bailly.

Ed004 I completely agree.
I mentioned a couple of weeks back my concerns re: early signings etc and was criticised for expecting much too early. For me, the writing has been boldly written on the wall for some time. We need to lose the big egos ASAP and EW. Only then will things begin to get better.

{Ed004's Note - I wouldnt be against selling Pogba if we had already gotten in Bruno and a holding midfielder cause then Pogbas funds would just go straight to his replacement. Now teams know we will have a big influx of cash and we will again have to overpay even more}

MAZE,

Yes of course I want to win the league but any Manchester United fan that thinks we’re even close to challenging is very short on football knowledge.

We are a good 2 years/ 3 transfer windows away from getting a team together that can challenge. That also relies on the right people being brought in and the wrong people being shipped out.

This isn’t lunacy and I’ll post what I like within the rules of this chat. It was a question I thought I’d ask as I value everyone’s opinion in here.
