As long as we have players on thousands of pounds a week, that can't keep hold of the ball, control it, or pass it to a team mate, tactical formations count for nothing.

Our inability to string more than three passes together, and hold on to the ball, is criminal.

totally agree Noucamp99, I was just in the middle of trying to say exactly what you have just said.

We have far too many players that are not upto the standard required for the premiership.

They may well look good in the leagues they have come from but the prem is a different level to what they have been use to.

It's all very strange. Antony, who was dreadful in a United shirt, is smashing it in Spain. How is that possible, and why was he so bad for us? There is something very wrong at the club. The Manager isn't helping himself but then issues run very deep, good players playing poorly, a general malaise throughout the place.

We need an extra midfielder which means this wing back system has to get tweaked/ dropped as Dalot does absolutely nothing and cannot understand why he starts every game.

We are unable to move the ball in the middle of the pitch. We are 2 vs 3 mids against most teams and asking 2 mids to do a Herculian job. If you are sacrificing a mid for 2 wing backs then where is the end product of the wing backs.

Can't have it both ways I am afraid. You either have the right players to play a certain way or you don't. To play this way week in week out is criminal.

The athletic has a really good video analysis done on united by their stats guys. Good to watch and its very unbiased and just fact based.

I want to believe and hope RA can succeed but he seems unable to make any adaptations or changes. Much bigger and significantly more accomplished managers always adapt and make changes.

He will get himself sacked because of his own doing. People will blame the players, glazers, Ineos but he is the chief culprit of this set up. Teams know exactly what they will get from us and why we look poor. prepping for us must be so easy.

Make a change or slowly lose the entire fan base. Even if the owners want to show patients given barrada and wilcox picked him over Ashworth's objections but they will be forced to pull the plug.

Should have let ruud finish the season and brought RA in at the end of the season. what a mess.

No they should have had the cohones and sacked ETH in summer, given RA the job then and the £240m.
RA needs to stand behind what he believes, otherwise he will be just like the others who adapted to the players, fail and get the sack. We must have someone with conviction not another appeaser of the players.

Its not about appeasing players. when you send out a team and ask players to play in a certain way that does not suit them and makes them look worst for it. Make no mistake this is a very poor spurs team riddled with injuries too.

You have to make positive changes and play to your strength and why is that a compromise. If he survives we will see what he is all about next year when we get more players in.

I have serious doubts he will be successful due to his lack of flexibility. What he preaches is nothing new and for every one team that has been successful there are 10x teams who have been more successful playing a traditional back 4.

So the idea of once we have the players this system will be a home run is yet to be seen and proven.

Read Kobe out long term and may be back before end of season and Amad gone, collyers too all injured in training. where is the uproar, I recall last year the other guy got hammered for everything including the leaks in the roof.

I totally agree Red Man, but I have a terrible feeling this coach and formation is not the one to stick with, as he’s got his work cut out to get this squad tuned to his way of playing and players fit and suitable for his tactics . I hope I’m proved terribly wrong here.

Honestly, getting Mount fit has to be a priority for this formation to work. We have no suitable 10s.

You all deluded. These players are much better than what we seeing. This fella is a kid in a big mans job and not right for our league. Reckon they sack him once we all out the cup competitions and close to relegation. Should have signed Tuchel but this lot are as bad as the last ones.

Everybody changes managers and they improve we only ones who get worse. Its a disgrace. Wait till 75k let him know he needs to go and its coming no doubts about it.
