Surely ETH demanded in the 6 weeks inbetween getting the job and arriving that they had to get rid of Maguire/ Shaw/ AWB/ MCfred by the time he started?
Why doesn't he play VDB if he rated him so highly at Ajax, why isn't he starting Malacia

Why did he buy a midget to play CH in the PL?

RR seemed to have a plan for the future as DOF with regards to incoming players - not sure there is any plan now.

Players still making the same mistakes, can't pass to each other, no passion or desire to win. ETH is on very thin ice now -clear out the bad players now or let them put you out of a job.

We have no idea what was said or what was agreed I bet at no point did he say I pretty much want to play the same side as I think they are top banana.
