Excellent second half, focused, hungry and at it, if only we could do that for full games more often. Excellent leading of the line by Cavani, now understand what we want him to stay for a year, Pogba was up for it all game and Greenwood was excellent when he came on. Fred was erratic, even more than usual, but it was great to see him score and the delight on his team mates faces; a real honest player who always gives 100%.

Typical Jose, get a goal up and then sit back, Spurs got what they deserved. I love that we now have the second best ever unbeaten away run in the EPL, I love that we have won so many points from losing positions, I love that we smacked Spurs after they spent the first half rolling on the floor, I love that we are now well clear in second place, I live that 4 teams are battling for third and fourth and we aren’t one of them.

The football has been pretty dire for a lot of this season, interspersed with some great spells and games. Let’s cross everything that we can progress further next year and take a step forward.

Ole may not be the man to take us forward but whatever he said at half time worked, and the introduction of Greenwood was key. A good day for a Ole.
