I feel extremely sorry for Tuanzebe who’s been thrown under the bus by Ole. A man who came in and showed his level against PSG to only be taken out the team for Lindelof who has been managing a back problem all season. You cannot expect Tuanzebe to come in and play 2/ 3 minutes here and there. It’s an awful substitution to make so late on and showed Ole’s desperation to grab the 3 points.

At 2 nil I was never comfortable purely because of our defence. That’s embarrassing when it’s worth almost £200m.

Ole made one sub all match pretty much which was due to Pogba’s injury. We can say we’re not in the title race but the table does not lie and we might not get a better opportunity to capitalise on mistakes teams around us are making.

It’s time to take either one of Maguire or Lindelof out because they are simply awful as a partnership and we rely on our attack when they play. We must play Tuanzebe/ Bailly depending on fitness to partner Maguire or Lindelof. Ole clearly cannot see this. I’ve been enjoying the rollercoaster ride but a match like today at home will make anyone frustrated.

I do not think Maguire gets a look in with a new manager at the helm. The line he held for the final goal was terrible.
I just hope Ole looks at today and says enough is enough.

Maguire is often guilty of this. DDG has had far too many chances aswell.
TUANZEBE, vDB and Henderson needs games not minutes. They deservere a run in the team.

I do generally think Bailly and Tuanzebe would make a great CB partnership given the chance.

While I feel for Tuanzebe a little, expecting him to come on and see out a game doesn’t seem like too big of an ask to me; especially when he’s playing as a third CB. People on here are saying that he should be starting games ahead of HM and VL, but if he can’t handle less than five minutes of football, how on earth can he be expected to stick it out for a full 90?

Sadly, this is the third time now that we’ve dropped points shortly after his introduction and I really can’t see him getting too many more chances between now and the end of the season; at least not domestically, anyway.

A lack of match Sharpness doesn't help. He could easily play for u23s and get some valuable minutes on the pitch.

The problem is that lindelof/ maguire are too slow as a CB pairing. Bailly and Maguire are our best pairing. Maguire still makes basic mistakes.

Would say the same MH. It must be very difficult to just come in and switch on. You can’t take away from AWB passing it infield when there’s not long to go. Tuanzebe made the challenge but you would still expect our defence to see it out from that far out. Maguire, who’s supposed to lead the line, is the one keeping everyone onside and then DDG who already messed up once in the match, isn’t brave enough. It’s more frustrating when it’s the senior players making the mistakes. I cannot wait till we give the captaincy to someone who deserves it.

The tunsazbe situation has happened down through the years in injury time of games. he gave a bad foul away but that didn't cost us the game.

Wan bassaka had a simple pass down the channel to cavani which he could make that's what put tunazbe in the situation he found himself in because he was going to get caught on a 2v1 if he didn't foul.

Missing golden chances up top with Rashford, Maguires defensive line. and his defending in general + de geas lack of bottle cost us the game.

Agreed, but let’s not pretend that had Ole brought on Matic instead of Axel and the same thing had happened certain posters on here wouldn’t be blaming Ole for NOT bringing Axel on.

Putting an extra centre back on made perfect sense. Ole didn’t make that tackle.

I’m sure most managers would have put an extra defensive player on in that situation.
