Lads I think ole has taken this squad as far as he can, Shaw AWB Fred pogba martial are not good enough or not performing! His line ups n subs make no sense and are easy to adapt to for any decent manager. that's 4 semi finals now he's lost and dumped out of champions League he can't do it consistently when up against the big boys.

We all knew this was a false dawn. Martial is one of the laziest players I’ve ever seen, never beat one player. Rashford doesn’t know what offside is. Until we stop playing 2 bang average holding midfielders we’re doomed. We’ll worth bringing on DVB on for 3 mins.

That’s what I’ve said below. Two bang average CM, you can get away with one (Fred) for the nuisance factor, but two just kills the team. We never boss the midfield and we need to replace McTominay with real quality to get hold of games or we’ll always fall short when it matters, as we keep doing. 4 semi final defeats now and couldn’t get out the CL group stages after 9 points from 4 games.

I agree in that I knows we’d struggle with both Pogba and Martial starting, but i’m not sure what other options we have with Cavani suspended.

For all Pep’s complaining through the week, their starting 11 was better than ours.

Could use 5 subs, he could see on 50 minutes the changes he had to make. Disrespected DVB with a 3 minute cameo. Bailly, DVB, Telles Mata, Greenwood should have had a chance to turn it around.

Absolutely agree. You either bring Donny when the game is winnable, or don't bring him on at all. He's not been trusted by the manager, despite playing well every time he plays. He'll spend more time in the shower and packing up his kit than he did on that field tonight.

we have better squad depth than the last few seasons. but what good is it when you have a out of depth manager who won't use it when things are not working.
