With just about a week left of the window, what can we really expect in terms of arrivals?

Perisic on loan would be the safest bet for RW. Not much time left, no fee required and can fill a need short term. Not exactly my choice but he’s a decent option now considering what we currently have.

Ajh i think mentioned it during the week a move to 3 at the back may improve things shaw did well in the 3.
Telles is great to watch however the epl is a big step up in class for him but his quality in the attacking third is fantastic.
Pace and speed in our play both on and off the ball is sorely missing.
I hope we can get them in and see some sort of transformation in the way the team play.
We do have players of great ability and potential in the squad. Get another couple in as ed002 says and then its up to the coaching team.

Perisic is left sided isn't he? But quality player.
Doesn't look like CB or CF are likely in this window which is a shame. Martial is not an inspiring leading striker and the backup in Ighalo is underwhelming albeit a decent stop-gap. If we get LB and RW sorted this window maybe I can dream for Upamecano and Haaland next window.

Hope we get some common sense and go for chiesa and pellistri although I'm probably pushing it asking for both maybe even for one of them.

Ken, Telles and Rashford have potential to form a good partnership as both have excellent pace.
But we should have done the deal much earlier.
And regarding stepping up, Bruno came in from a lower league and has easily become the best player in the team.

A CB is must imo. It's a glaring weakness in our team.

It would DSG especially when you consider all 3 signings go straight into the first 11.

If we get those deals done, along with the young players we’ve signed, it’s a really good window imo. Then again if we don’t get them done it doesn’t look great, but it’s encouraging to read Ed002’s comments.

Alex Telles, DvdB and a winger would be a good window. If that winger is Sancho it'll be a great window. However, is suspect it'll be someone else possibly Ismailia Sarr or David Brooks.

I know you like us all are hoping for Sancho or another RW but asking Ed if the winger is Sancho is not going to get a response and it’s questions like that, that makes Ed not want to provide this page with any info. Now I know your just frustrated and didn’t mean to ask a question that I imagined p%ss off Ed.

Just over 2 weeks to the end of the window I just suggest not worrying and see what happens.

I thought I saw perisic play on the RW at times for Bayern, maybe I was wrong 🤷‍♂️ Quite like sarr from Watford and brooks wouldn’t be the worst either, not household names but have more quality than what we have currently in that position.
