Any truth that Russia has been banned from all global sports for 4 years by the world ant-doping agency. If so does it mean they will miss the 2022 world cup?

Confirmed out of World Cup but not euros. But of course they can appeal and individual athletes can compete as neutrals if they pass a drug test.
