Our yearly wage bill has been released. £332 million. £85 million more than Liverpool, £90 more than City. Granted that was for 2018/ 19 season and we've got some high wages off the books.

Crazy to think what that budget could achieve if we had the proper structure in place to succeed.

85mn more than liverpool is believable but I am sure the city folk must be paying a lot of unofficial wages that aren't on their books.

Overpaid mercenaries.

Stop blaming players for the club’s stupidity.

If the club is stupid enough to throw money at players who are either not good enough, not right for the club, or just can’t be arsed, why shouldn’t they take it?

Danny. If they take those wages, they should work their ass off.
But what do we have?
Players with attitude problems and donkeys with little work ethic.

Again, that’s down to the club.

They identified the players, they gave them the wages, and they can’t get them to ‘work their assess off’.

If you keep bringing in employees who don’t work and perform to their potential, there’s either a problem with recruitment, workplace culture or both.

We kept bringing in players with poor attitudes, and this is the result. Fellaini said that most of the young lads can’t wait to get off the training pitch so they can get on social media. This is a problem with workplace culture created by the club bringing in the wrong personalities.

It s becoming clear now why no more players were signed in Summer.

The club decided it must balance the books first after the senseless spending in the last few years.

Wow, what a wage bill. Time for wages to be capped and only topped up with goals, clean sheets and wins.

What happened over the last year is that club realised that they have made a complete mess of recruitment over the last decade, but decided not to change any of their recruitment structures, and left the squad woefully short as they scrambled to get back some of the money they wasted.
