Was having a convo with an old mate and we got on to who was utd's worst ever player. Very hard as there are plenty of candidates. I came up with Manucho, Dong Fangzhuo and Scott Mcgarvey but one player I really disliked was Mal Donaghy. His puck was Pat McGibbon.

You can add Paul “I give the ball away 40 times a game” Pogba and Marcus “I can’t shoot and only get 10 goals a session” Rashford to that if they do not improve dramatically.

Yes Paddy Roche, remember him well and I think he literally threw the ball in the back of the net once. Prunier was up there and Ralphie Milne. I also remember Birtles arriving and he was awful.

Paddy Roche absolutely. He couldn't actually catch a ball cleanly. Ashley Grimes was pretty dire as well. Bellion deserves a mention.

GDS2 fair point!

With Lindelof though I don’t get the whole love affair with him. I think he is very average. Poor in the air and gets beaten easily and can’t tackle. His positioning is usually pretty good which does help him but when he gets that wrong he’s not a great defender one on one, as we have 2 or 3 times already this season.
