Lot's of stuff coming out about the squad and not sure how much of it is true. Seems like the younger guys were very much in the eth camp even the likes Kambala, mainoo, garnacho, hoiland by releasing positive public statements.
From the senior squad bruno, martinez, dalot, shaw have made statements but the rest have been silent.
Garnacho's brother has even posted something along the lines of when do we stop blaming the manger and hold the players accountable.
There is also story floating around that the senior player s were pissed off by eth constant backing of Garnacho and him being very selfish and not a team player.
Make what you want from it but something obviously there given the volume of stuff now being said.
I think Amorim has a job on his hand to get these guys to function as a team and will need time to get to the summer transfer window and clean up this squad and we may have to endure a yoyo season. Hope I am wrong.
I clearly remember kolp's first season and seeing what he was trying to do but they would have some games where they looked terrible and some glimpses of really good football.

Very interesting and you do have to questions the players too. I'd suggest most on here would back the younger group. We all know there are rotten apples in the bunch but with most of those on long contracts, I don't see how it's going to get better unless they are phased out (which I'd be happy with! )

It’s clear footballers are not very smart and spoilt brats. I find it all very tedious.

This group of players, generally, need a proper kick in the groin. They need to look in the mirror and recognise a bad attitude and a lack of effort that is unacceptable. Will this be another manager heading for the underside of a bus because of them? There is something fundamentally wrong with this group. Whoever the next man in charge he's got a job on his hands sorting their attitude.

There’s also reports going around about ETH having little to no interest in the academy, making the players do extra harder sessions after defeats (injury complaints perhaps) and an inability to communicate. The truth is always somewhere in the middle.
Sick of seeing people saying the players do it again and get someone sacked. That’s his squad, the buck stops with him.
He’s gone, it’s time to forget him and get behind the new gaffer.

It's amazing how someone can spend months lecturing the masses that what's in the papers is bs and too much crap written then the day after the tulip is tossed on to the scrapheap the same person starts quoting the same sort of stuff he slagged off for months.
Eth is gone it's time to move on no point I talking g about yesterday's man who was in fact the man who never was. Its toxic behaviour. ? . Do t worry be happy.

I'm not sure much can be drawn from this. Firstly it's just speculation, there's no evidence for what has been said.
Secondly when a manager leaves there are always rumours about some being happy and others unhappy. Normally the players who were doing well or at least regularly playing tend to thank the departing manager, while those who weren't playing or struggling for form tend to feel a little happier as they hope things will improve under the new manager and it's easier to blame their poor form on the outgoing manager.
Ultimately it doesn't matter what happend or how players felt under the last manager, it's all about how they do under the next guy.
