Ed02 I know you have stated on several occasions in the past that pogba wants out. Given the C.V. and the knock on affect this is having financially for clubs to afford the type of fee his transfer would attract. Have you heard of any changes his thinking given the Bruno partnership and the potential of the team going forward with a few key signings? Are the club actively trying to extend his contract? Thanks again.

I think Pogba stays next season. If we continue to play well and look like competing he’s more likely to sign a contract extension though Champions League will be a factor too. That said I don’t think Real and Barcelona are chomping at the bit to sign him anyway.

I think he will stay this summer, I don't see anyone offering what the club values him at. However, I don't see him signing a new deal. I don't see him changing his mind, he wanted Spain four years ago but settled for Manchester. Nothing in the past four years has changed his mind and I don't see anything over the next year doing so either.

He'll stay next season, then leave next summer on a free probably to Real Madrid which is his preferred destination.

He won’t leave on a free next season. Not in a million years. He’ll either go this summer, sign a new deal or leave for free in two years.

I imagine he will end up signing a new deal at the end of the summer transfer window when it becomes clear the club aren’t willing to budge on their valuation and then end up getting sold the following summer. At his age it doesn’t make sense to stay at a club that you don’t want to be at for another 2 years when there’s a possibility of only having to stay for 1.
