rumours flying round that we have agreed deals for Morgan Schneiderlin from southhampton and also a deal for alves from barca on a free any truth inthese plz?

cheats2005

{Ed007's Note - No.}

1.) 05 Jun 2015 15:08:58
They would be two great signings. Hopefully we will sign them.

2.) 05 Jun 2015 15:48:46
Very much doubt that any Alves deal would be publicised a before the Champions League final.

And the Shneiderlin agreed terms rumours are from Metro, I'll say no more.

3.) 05 Jun 2015 16:14:29
All these rumours are the same to be honest, we've signed Alves about 16 times so far this summer as well as Gundogan, Hummels, Otamendi etc etc. The majority of the stories are just clickbait. Headlines like Hummels AGREES, Vidal LEAVES and Schneiderlin SIGNS are really common but tend to link to articles about Hummels agreeing he is German, a photo of Arturo Vidal leaving a restaurant and Schneiderlin taking a sign language course.

Eventually one of the papers gets it right as they have had a stab in the dark a month previously then they can say they exclusively revealed a move even though they had no information.

hearing rumours that tom cleverley off to villa for £8m zaha on loan to palace and kagawa back to dortmund these reports via sky and bbc is this correct. Love this site long time reader and occasional posts well done eds keep up the good work thanks

cheats2005

1.) Zaha's is a loan with a view to a permanent deal. I will be surprised if he returns to MU.

2.) Sorry to put another Q. forward, but is there any interest in Valencia's Daniel Parejo? Valencia have apparently bid for Cleverly. Could there be a potential swap there?

3.) 29 Aug 2014 09:45:39
Is there any update on the Lucas Silva situation Ed002? If Vidal dosent materialise, i'd really like to see Lucas Silva bought.

He may be raw potential, but at least we know he won't have to mature on the pitch. His game is already about vision and passing.

Carvalho has similar qualities, but this Silva strikes me as a unique player. Do you think United are in a good position to win negotiations ahead of other interested clubs?

Thanks

{Ed002's Note - It would be in at the deep end stuff. I would not hold your breath about seeing him in the first team in the coming weeks.}

If any of the eds are about do you know what is happening regarding Rojo and his work permit etc as this incident occurred in 2010 surely they should have dealt with this by now or when he was in portugal?

cheats2005

{Ed002's Note - Spartak tried to resolve it. It is not really worth opening up what you think "should have" happened.}

Do any of the eds think that united will try and buy some world class talents in january or will we wait until summer. I personally think we should be giving some of our youth a chance, players like zaha, januzaj and lingard. Also why are we still playing as a 4-4-2 when we have the players that can play as a 4-2-3-1 or a 4-3-1-2 this would help us to get more control of the midfield and give us more of attacking threat. If we played as a 4-3-1-2 we would be able to play both Kagawa and Rooney together and still play fellaini and carrick with januzaj or any of the other midfielders too. If there are injuries to Rooney/Kagawa/RVP then welbeck and Hernandez are available. What do people think

cheats2005

1.) I agree, with this formation we would have enough numbers in midfield in order not to be overrun and Kagawa with Rooney and RvP all at their preferred positions would strike fear into any team.I can't understand why Moyes hasn't tried it yet, since we are in a period of transition.

2.) Only Moyes can answer this one. He seems the only one who can't see the problem with 442.
I'm also worried about losing zaha and kagawa. I fully understand that Moyes is involved with the players every day, but no one is going to tell me that zaha, as raw as he is, is not better than young, nani or Valencia.
Even England looked more exciting than us, and that's worrying!

3.) Nomid

England were more exciting because they had 7 or 8 players all busting forward and almost got caught a few times and lucky to not concede for Lew's poor finishing.

I am amused that you think Zaha is better than the wingers we have, if he is why is he not getting picked for united or the national team.

Valencia for your info was very good in Euador's qualifiers ad Nani had a very good game. I guess you believe all the footballing coaches, who see this guy in training everyday are persons and can't tell he is ready.

He is not ready neither is powel so get used to seeing what we have until we buy some established players, which we know what we will get when they play.

Our issue has been fans overhyping players and the reality is they are stepping in to a league that is so tough and being found out as not being ready.

Our wingers poor form is not an individual thing but directly related to our weakness in midfield and until we sort that out, they will all continue to struggle.

4.) I can fully understand why moyes would send zaha out on loan the lad has talent but needs to sharpen up his game and get rid of the rough edges. Imo he needs a constant run of games away from the pressure of the United first team, sometimes you have to take the long term view

5.) Shahram, do you honestly think that nani, young, Valencia are up to the task? Yes, I do I watch Intl football, and in fact I was in Portugal watching them beat the might of Luxembourg. All my Portuguese friends think he's the most overrated player they have.
How many games in living memory have any of these three won the game for us? Bet you were thinking for ten mins as you can't remember one!
If we're going to go by your theory about playing well for their countries in midweek, then I will have to point you in the direction of England u21, where zaha played brilliantly.
Any wing play, will be an improvement on young, nani and Valencia.

6.) Jred

I agree and hope he gets a premiere league loan so gets used to the quality of the competition.

It would do him no good if they throw him in when he is not ready and he has an absolute stinker and with the british media and especially being a United player they will have a field day and Moyes unrelated to the media and of performance will have no choice but to not play him and that would be another story for the media to go nuts with.

Although completely different case, Just look at the Januyaj situation as they are just making stuff up now and quite disruptive.

7.) God created that's my point exactly

8.) Nomid

I did not say nani, valencia or young are up to the task but believe they would be much better if they had decent attacking midfielders around them.

Your views that Zaha is an improvement to what we have is not shared by the coaching staff and I have never seen him against top quality opposition so personally impossible to have a definitive view but trust the judgement of the professionals at the club.

Playing U21 for England does not give any player a Pl pass and especially not into the first 11 at United.

There are quite few players in the england U21 that do not get any game time with their respective pl teams and some are at championship clubs as I had never heard of some of them until I saw the last England U21 game.

Finally, not trying to start an argument but think a lot of people are rightfully frustrated and betting on the wrong horses to save the day, we need much higher calibre player/s than zaha to fix our current issues.

Must admit Rene staying is a must and he should stay involved with the first team. By all meen's bring in moyes could bring in his own number two but it must be someone with the knowledge needed to challenge in Europe tactics wise and to play a more pressing game so we are more fluid with the ball and more aggressive/pressing without it. let's just hope that will be the case. Also they need to make sure that we get the best out of Kagawa next season playing him in the hole behind the striker as his control/passing and decision making are excellent.
