Hi eds, really appreciate all the insight! Couple of questions if you don't mind:
1) With the Pedro deal looking more and more likely, can we still expect a striker to arrive before the window closes or do we not need one with the 4-3-3 formation? Following that, is there any chance of us getting Kane after we were reported to have made a bid.
2) I feel like we're leaving it really late to sign a centre back and I know that there have been complications in the negotiations for both Ramos and Otamendi but do you think we could get either? Could really use an experienced steady head at the back!

{Ed004's Note - Well Ed002 has said we are looking at signing 2-4 players. I'm assuming a gk, cb, winger and striker being the areas we are looking at strengthening. I reckon if De Gea goes the st position is the least likely to he signed. I expect a winger (pedro probably) and cb to be signed.}

Lloris, Otamendi, Pedro and Lewandowski are probably the targets, but that doesn't mean we will get them. Pedro and Lloris probably more likely IMO.

Hi Eds, I have a couple of questions if you're not too busy.
1. Should we read anything into Michael Owen's tweet earlier saying that united fans will have more to be happy about this month other than mata?
2. Should we expect a quiet summer with maybe a couple of defensive/youth additions provided we sign mata and hopefully Vidal this month or do you think Moyes may still push for players such as Reus or Koke (even though he just signed a new contract)?
Any insight would be appreciated!

Hi Eds,
I was wondering if you could please tell me if Juventus have brought in Cancelo as a replacement for Sandro perhaps because they have accepted they may lose him or is he being brought as back up for Sandro? The rumours of us chasing him seem to have died down somewhat, so are we happy to double down on Shaw and wait for one of our younger targets to develop further or would you expect us to still sign a left back this window? Thanks as always for all your insight!

Cancelo is a RB, RWB or occasionally a RW. Whereas, Alex Sandro is a LB or LWB.
So as they play on opposite sides of the pitch I doubt you could call one a replacement for the other.

Hi Eds hope you're all well and buckled in for silly season! Just a quick question: I know that these Pogba rumours were always going to re-emerge with the arrival of Mourinho but do you think there is even a slight chance we might get him? Or do you think he'll move at all this summer and if so where to? I don't need to tell any of you how great that signing would be.
{Ed004's Note - He would be the perfect signing for our midfield but just extremely unlikely. In an ideal world we would have Carrick, Schweinsteiger, Herrera, Schneiderlin and 2 others for options for a midfield 3. 1 is most likely to be Rooney but we need 1 more.}
