I'd suggest just listening to jose. He most definitely is annoyed at the transfer policy.

Probably because mourinho seems frustrated in general everytime I've seen him.
For someone whose the highest paid manager in the league with pretty much free reign at the biggest club in the world, he sure could lighten up a bit.
As far as transfers go, what more could woodward have done, he's backed him with bailly, micky, pogba, lindelof, matic and lukaku. He even brought his buddy zlatan in and then resigned his buddy zlatan when he clearly had a serious injury and would struggle to recover.
People will obviously point to perisic and maybe a left back, but is that really the difference between us and city?

Its not as simple as that DSG, your speculating far too much. Of course there's a big reason for the speculation, but your just making stuff up.
