Dazw he plays for croatia not Germany, name 1 winger or striker who plays for Croatia who plays for a top team. Being one of their best player means nothing, he is bang average, a bit of pace, tracks back well beyond that not much, inconsistent final ball and an odd goal here and there, he is a squad player not a first 11 guy, 50mn for him is con of the century.

I wouldn't exactly be 'overjoyed' if we got Mandzukic over Morata or Griezmann CSM, but i wouldn't mind, really good player.

Shan i said wingers or strikers as that is the position perisic plays, he isn't competing with modric or rakitic or kovacic in the team. And winger means winger perisic and martial are different but both are still wingers.
Ken i have seen him enough that if we sign him he won't be setting the world alight, for 50mn he will get the fellaini treatment in very little time from everybody. He is 29 there isn't much improvement so i am pretty certain about how this will turn out.

Strange that people are complaining about signing periodic. We need a right winger as no one plays out there well and lingered IMO is hopeless. He is exactly what we need and hope we sign him. I recommend people watch him before throwing their toys out the pram.
I also hope we sign Morata as he is miles better than Lukaku. Quite excited when you think front line of Morata, Rashford, Martial and Perisic. Hopefully supported by two mobile fullbacks that are good going forward.
I think we still need a right back and CM. Anything else is cherry on top and looking forward to the season.

I think lb is more urgent x files. Lindelof can also play rb and if we sign fabhino which would still be my main target then he is an excellent rb as well as midfielder so they can provide good cover for toni.
Lb rose would be a great signing imo or mendy although he looks to be heading elsewhere. If we are keeping shaw then tierney would be my choice. He is a super player I've watched him a lot and i think he would be a great long term signing and shaw could well find it hard to shift him from our team if he got a run of games.

I don't care if we pay a billion to get a player that our manager thinks can improve our team. Not my money. And it's best that people chattering on about what is being paid leave that to the club CFO.

If Jose wants perisic then that's all we need to know.
In my humble opinion I think perisic is a fantastic player and would be a great attribute to this squad.

On the money side nobody is worth what clubs are paying. Full backs going for 40mil plus. Its senseless so its not fair to judge players on their price tag judge them on what they contribute to the team.
My guess is that perisic will score more assist more and cover 3 times as much ground as martial did this season.

He can also play as a second striker, he is almost as god with both feet he is quick and can spot a pass. Perisic is a good player at the peak of his career. He wouldn't be my first pick and the fee beeing quoted is ridicoulous for a man that is almost 30, but he would improve your team that's for sure.
