I assume this Mario Gomez rumour is nonsense, but could I ask ed to clarify if it is indeed nonsense or not? Cheers.
{Ed001's Note - a couple of weeks ago LVG mentioned how he rated Gomez and that he wanted his forwards to emulate him. He was also discussing how he bought him at Bayern. Fast forward to now, that has become, via Chinese Whispers, LVG is going to try and sign him.}

Hi eds wasn't this the same sort of talk before di Maria was signed with lvg flirting.
{Ed001's Note - no mate, there was no flirting, LVG just said he wants his forwards to learn from what he has done. To be honest, it is expected Fiorentina will make the loan deal permanent as things stand. I guess stranger things have happened, and he is only 30, even though he seems to have been around for ever. I will ask again though, just in case anything has changed, such as an approach from United.}
