We are being linked again with Hakan Calhanoglu, according to Dutch source. I hope its true.

I reckon Rooney will lost his spot to him next year if he comes in. Make no mistake he is superstar in the making.

{Ed002's Note - Don't hold your breath.}

He looks really good, but I prefer Nabil Fekir for the No.10 role. He sees key passes quicker and is much more comfortable running with the ball.

Both will he excellent players but for me Fekir will be the better of the two.

Ed002 do we have any interest in Nabil Fekir? And who else has an interest in his future?

{Ed002's Note - PSG, Arsenal, Inter and Manchester City have been showing an interest in Fekir. There is nothing to support interest from MU that I am aware of.}

Thanks Ed002.

{Ed002's Note - I should say he was very much first choice over the summer for Arsenal but signed a new contract. Lyon did not want to see both him and Lacazette go and in the end they have ended up with both staying, at least for the time being.}}

Seen both but prefer Hakan. For me a he is the guy to go after if we are building a monster team.

LOL Thanks and never do as the transfer market is so unpredictable and to many moving parts. We can all hope though :)

I like Hakan, but he looks a bit light weight for the Premier league at times. Obviously he'll develop as he gets older but if he is still at times getting bullied in the Bundesliga then maybe he needs another couple of years before he makes the move the the Premier League. He reminds me a little bit of Kagawa but with better technique but not as quick or with the same ability to beat players one on one.

I just prefer Fekir as he is stronger, faster and has the ability to beat a man one on one which for me makes his more suited to the Premier league, while also making him more flexible as he can play as a No.10 or on the wings.

fekir has a busted knee and i doubt we will see him in a United Shirt. I know he has publicly said he dreams of playing for us but it looks like he is now 2 years away from being considered. Most clubs will wait and give the player a year after an injury like his to see how he does before making a move. Remember that guy strootman, Thank heavens we did not go for him.

True, much will depend on how he comes back from his injury. Strootman has never fully recovered, yet RvN managed to come back and had a great career.

Either way he is someone I expect we will keep a close eye on when he recovers.

Personally I don't think we should be looking at players who play in the No.10 role. I think we should prioritise a couple of CB's, a ST and a world class wide player long before we look at a No.10 after all we have Rooney, Mata, Fellaini and Herrera who can play there with Januzaj and Pereira coming through who can play there too.
