Sorry if this has been asked ed002 but could you tell me if we was in for anyone this week that didn't quite make it over the finish line cheers

I did wonder on the Arsenal page if it was us. I think when ED002 mention an unnamed English club had made a bid.
ED004 what are your thoughts on this seasons transfer window? Good bad indifferent?
{Ed004's Note - a bit indifferent. I think the incomings have been very good and after yesterday/start of the season would nearly class De Gea as a new signing. Darmian is probably the best for value as he's been fantastic, a fit Shaw is also like a new signing. Schneiderlin and Schweinstieger are massive improvements while we have signed two fantastic young attackers. Although we didn't sign all the positions we wanted to as I think we are still a left centre back short. Also, I think we have sold/let go of too many attacking options. Part of me is delighted Di Maria is gone but he just seems the ideal right winger that we are crying out for and I would've loved to see him have another go at adapting or we should've kept Januzaj and tried him out wide right}

I do not remember Anderson on that list, Lazio like Monaco would have sold since they missed the CL. I never said he was unattainable. But some of the other names being mentioned were pipe dreams in my view.
