Rumours that Real have tabled a bid of £73m for Courtois. I don't believe it is accurate, but if it was, it would be a strange decision on their part, unless DeGea has told them he isn't leaving, which is seemingly unlikely. Silly season is well and truly upon us!

How on Earth can u think that a club can offer 73m for a keeper ?! I would like to know where did you read it ?!

Roughly €100m so possibly €50m fee and €10m p/year contract for 5 years? Ok I'm clutching at straws here.

I wouldn't put most things past Real Madrid, but that one might be a little too far. Definitely going for 'unbeveliable'.

I really don't think there's a club in the world that would pay more than £30m for a keeper (excluding wages etc.). That's my opinion.

I don't either Ziko, but this is Madrid! Plus they would get a good 15 years of what is a top quality goalkeeper. If it was just a fee and not wages, which I can't believe for a second, that would be just short of £5m per season plus wages on top, a lot but not if he helps them win a few leagues and CL's in that time,I suppose. Still bull doo doo's though I'd say.

After all, I'm very sad about him leaving. Doesn't really matter to me for how much 1m or 100m. It's a shame because he will be the best keeper in the world for many years. And I rate him over Neuer and Courtois, and not because he is (was) our player.

I don't believe that juve and Buffon subscribe to your theory ziko.

Juve spent more on a gk many moons ago?
Oh no I must be wrong because Juve only purchase work class midfielders for free!

At the end the correct rumour was that Chelsea put the price tag of 73m, not Real offer :)

Paper talk to hurry DDG into pushing to leave. Maybe utd won't budge from a price and real trying to penny pinch so piling pressure on DDG to help them get a better deal
