I was such a massive fan of his at Arsenal. When he scored 30 goals he was arguably the best player in the league. On the face of it, it seemed a no brained to sign a player of his calibre. We all thought that his poor form in his final 6 months at arsenal was due to wanting to leave. But in actual fact he seems in decline. There are shades of Torres at Chelsea with Sanchez. He has lost that yard of space to play on the wing and perhaps wants to play centrally. However, pogba is better than him there so the bets he can hope for is a squad player. I would love to see him come good but it’s very unlikely. Think we need to shift him off the wage bill and bring in a young, quality rw.

Probably not based on matches so far. But he sees him every day in training so must think he can get something out of him. The most disappointed I've been with a signing since Veron.

I think that we will move him on this summer, even if that means paying towards his wages at a new club. Over a year here, and he looks past it.
