Whilst you all consider your predictions for this year’s competition (search or predictions) I noticed an article in today’s Times. Every Saturday the Fink Tank uses science to predict what will happen. Obviously for a one off game it is often wrong but using science to look at a seasons result is interesting.

This week they looked at likelihood of relegation and found the most likely team to be relegated is Huddersfield, followed by Brighton, Fulham, Cardiff and then West Ham. The one thing it doesn’t take into account is transfer business but interestingly the big 6 are all seen as having 0% chance of being relegated. Everyone else has odds. If I asked you to guess who is deemed to be least likely to be relegated after the big 6, I’m guessing most of you wouldn’t have said Palace, but that’s what the science says. Very interesting read.

{Ed004's Note - I think Palace have a very strong side. Its between them and Everton for the award of best of the rest for me}

I put Cardiff, Huddersfield and Fulham for relegation, almost put Brighton. 4 worst teams on paper.

Agree, Ed004. I have 3 Palace players in my fantasy football team, and I never thought that would happen!

{Ed004's Note - They are also extremely entertaining to watch, however, there season relies on Zaha maintaining fitness}

Yeah, I think keeping him there this summer, was pivotal to their season. I've enjoyed watching from the second half of last season, which surprises me for a Roy Hodgson team.

Hey mort don't you think Fulham Invested decent It depends on how fast they can hit the ground running and also the possibility of seri's chillblains affecting them but sessegnons a very good player I think they might have enough I reckon Huddersfield and Cardiff and then third team that wasn't expected to no one thought west bromo or Stoke would go down last year and huges is in charge of a potential relegation team.
