Re a post down below by Ken. I thought we played well gor 40mins. Then Real second team played us off the park in the 2nd half. Anyone watching the match with an unbiased eye will have to agree.
Thought Fred was excellent, as was Sanchez.
My question is, if the preseason doesn't matter, then why didn't we bring on more kids in the second half. Gomes and Chong would've added energy. Real didn't hedirate to stick their kids on the pitch.
Final word, i watched luke shaw's performances in preseason, and he really is not up to the job. Left back position has to be looked at.

Agree on Luke shaw AAA. It’s time to move him on because if we play 3 at the back then the wing backs are so integral. Would prefer we address the lb position rather than cb as lindelof can do a job.

Get rid of Shaw and Martial. I just can't believe Shaw has such a thick skin, he knows the manager don't want him and should just leave. I actually think he doesn't care if he plays or not, he is one of those guys which just wants to play for a big club and not caring about how he performs or even play a game.

Agreed Park. His first touch is so poor and if you watch his positioning is dreadful.
Singh, I've got grandchildren as old as these lot, but i grew up with the Busby Babes and that's what the club is all about.
Ken, if you read my post, i said we played very well for 40mins. If you honestly think I'm only happy when we lose, then i think you are extremely misinformed. I've got United in my blood, you only need to ask the wife and she'll confirm that. I'm so passionate about our club and team being the best, that i hate being second best. Unfortunately, i don't just wear blinkers and see only the good things. If you can't see the faults, then the club will continue the stagnant period we're going through at present.

Agreed on Shaw, he can't be classed as talent any more and nowhere else but football would someone be given so many chances.
You have to question if the club are doing their due diligence on player's behaviour and personalities given the suggested attitude problems that some of our recent signings have. I'm sure the club are everything they need to, but I don't recall a time where we as fans questioned a number of player's commitment.
