FA Cup semi-final day. For all the talk of leagues and European Cups, I'm of an age where the old competition was still seen as a big deal. Love still being in it at this stage.

Buzzing always love a good Day out at Wembley. Beautiful day for football. FA cup may have lost some of its prestige in the last few years but with 3 big teams in the semis, it’s still a massive competition for me. Hope Jose gets his tactics right and we get the win.

Fa cup was huge when I was a youngster the final was pretty much the only game on TV and got more build up than a general election . The only other game that you seemed able to watch on TV was a schoolboy international, I can tell you pretty much nothing about Paul Rideout's career but lots of people knew his name forever because of one schoolboy game .

Brings back memories of the camera and reporter being on the team bus on the way to Wembley. 77 cup final was my first live match and we won the cup.
Not our 1st target nowadays but its still one of the 4 competitions we can win and its great to be still in it.
Hoping that we can win the midfield battle today. i'd like to see herrera play and get in and around erickson. One thing is for sure we need the whole side to be at their best today and be be clinical with our chances. Really looking forward to it.

It used to be on air from about 10:00 live from the teams hotel like you said the coach journey and even the two teams releasing songs for it. I used to love the celebrity match before the main event to great days.

agree. 433 suits best imo with the players available. With matic herrera pogba. Its a straight 3 from rom mata sanchez jessie rash and martial.
Jessie has a good wembely and big game record. So has a great chance of starting but he also has a good record when introduced from the bench. Rom is probably a certain starter. Big question is who gets the other 2 spots. i'd go for rash and sanchez and i'd look to jessie or mata from the bench.

Ken I agree but martial instead of rashford. More of a goal threat.
