So. I’m off to. Barcelona with the family in Easter week and it coincides with the Roma home game. They’re up for it buy my God, the prices I am seeing are pretty horrendous. Does anyone have any advice?

Buy yourself a ticket. Tell them it's sold out and go "missing" for two hours?

I’ve watched Liverpool twice at the Camp Nou, group stage I was in the away tier, for the knockout stage I sat in the Barcelona end.
I registered on the Barcelona fc website and was fortunate to get a ticket! Will be a lot cheaper than going through ticket sales websites mate. Worth a try.
{Ed001's Note - from what I was told while I was in Spain last year, tickets for any Spanish team are dead easy to get as they never sell out. In fact it is a huge deal when they do sell out. It is not like England, they do not have a big culture there for following the team around the country or going to games in general. Partly because the country is so much bigger than England, partly because the general population is exceedingly poor and partly because they tend to see the time the games are on as family time and will gather together at home or in bars together as a family group. I am sure there are other factors too, but, in essence, the point is that tickets are not difficult to get direct from the club and are usually cheap compared to English grounds.}

My ex girlfriend is from Barcelona and we used to visit her family over there really often. Whilst I didn’t go with her when watching LFC ( v Barcelona ) we went to a couple of league to watch Barcelona and got tickets no problem.
Love the city and an amazing stadium.
