I believe Sean Dyche will never get the respect he deserves like Silva was getting just because of the style of football Dyche plays. He has really made Turf Moor a fortress.

Its because he is British and not a sexy foreigner. The job he has done at Burnley is outstanding, and he seems like a great guy.

Totally agree. What he is doing on such a small budget is fantastic. His team is set up to play as a unit, as a team. Every player giving 110% every game. He is a brilliant motivator and tactician. Given the budget constraints his players are not the most technically gifted, but they do not look out of place in this league.

I think adding Lennon to the squad will serve them well. It gives them something extra, a bit of pace and dribbling skill to move them up the pitch and to create space by drawing a couple of players to him.

Will you have him at United after mourinho leaves? That's the question you need to ask.

Attack why Not? I just want the best, he is a great coach, tactically astute and has worked wonders with little money. Give him a big job, I think dyche would be Great, certainly the best British manager out there IMO.

Why not? David Mites. That's why not.

Dyche, moyes, pardew, big sam, Roy Hudson are at there level now there not big club material a couple of them tried a failed badly.

Dyche and Howe have done brilliant jobs. They're young, progressive-minded coaches. You can't compare them with Allerdici and Hodgson. Until they're given a chance at a bigger club, how can we know if they're not good enough? Until club's stop running to the first available foreign coach, that'll always be the case.
