As per the original post the player needs to stay grounded and the fans need to not expect too much too soon. He is a child and I would be surprised if he makes any appearances this season.

Looking at the build of the lad I think there is a tricky issue. He is clearly too talented for youth football and for him to progress he needs to be playing a higher standard of football week in week out. However a lad his size would be kicked into oblivion in the EPL let alone the lower tiers of English football.
I think we need to consider sending him on loan to a European side where the game is less physical but of a higher standard than youth football. Portugal would be a good option or maybe Belgium.
