Any one seen the United midfield, been missing for about a month .
Nothing happens in the centre of the park, it's either in there last 3rd our our last 3rd .
The opposing team are up against our back 4 with 2 or 3 passes .
We are behind city but it's hard to be in front of them, they have made the best start to a season in the history of English football .
That's a tough act to follow at the moment .

Jred our wing play isn't much better,
We need a decent winger, perisic we should have signed. we are further away than we think.

I'm not sure it's another winger we need . Maybe another pep.

Well when we play counter attacking football we don't play with a midfield. It's simply defend, then attack. There's no middle ground.

Lukkaku a big man upfront, does he need a decent winger, yes, cross the ball. our midfield is absent so we must have a decent winger.
Our tactics are too safe.

I mentioned perisic before the season started but was told we had Radford and martial. Neither of them are wingers.

In the big games we play counter therefore Pogba usually joins attack, Matic joins defence. But I agree in the other games we are always outnumbered in the middle. It's almost always Pogba and Matic versus sometimes four opposition midfielders.

And if we had off bought perisic he would off been amazing week after week, settled no problem etc etc .
Jesus he might of even got to the standard off miki .
But we didn't and probably won't sign him .
I really don't get the set up in midfield at the minute, teams are up against our back 4 every time they get the ball.
That said can't be to disappointed with the start to the season, the issue is city have raised the bar so high .
Jose has had some very good Chelsea teams fergy some very good United teams, been some great Liverpool teams, none of the started a season as good as city have .
Just to put it in to perspective when United drew against Liverpool that was our best ever start to a season
.
I'm not sure things are quite as bad as some would like to make out.
