I'd have been happy if we had signed him so I don't want to be a hypocrite, 25% markup for English and he can operate in multiple positions - shrewd deal IF he can keep fit, but we say that for about 50% of players these days.

I think he will fit into the Liverpool set up very well because of the way they play which is a to more direct and counter attacking with pace. He struggles at arsenal because they try and pass the ball into the net and think football is about 30 nice passes with no end result.
