If we were to buy the much needed left winger, does anyone back a move for Bale for the silly price quoted? I would much rather have Perisic or Lemar. Please Jose, stay well clear.

I think we have had so many debates about it.
In my opinion you don't say no to buying one of the best players in world football.
He would easily make us better and we would be serious contenders for every competition.
But I don't think the rumours have any truth in it. Unless Madrid were to buy Sanchez.

Never seen the fuss around griezmann.
{Ed004's Note - I would agree with Welsh Red Devil above. That's the exact order of players I would move for this summer. I don't think we will make anymore signings but I do think we are a game changer short if we want to compete in Europe. Also Griezmann is a wonderful player and would be perfect to play behind Lukaku}

I hope so too Dave. Apart from the season before he went to Real, I've not been impressed with Bale. Too much hype.
I think Perisic will be an excellent signing and Lemar so much potential. Sanchez will turn us into a team to fear and can score goals from wide areas.

Keep it coming Ken. Seriously though, just my personal view that bale is not what he's made up to be. Cheaper and more effective options out there.

The same Bale who frequently ripped Utd apart? Remember when he made Rio Ferdinand looklike Titus Bramble? Whether he can stay injury free would be a big concern. Bale is much better than Griezmann or any of those players on the above list. can't see Madrid selling to be honest.
