Watching the same game and cannot believe what the chelsea players do after every ref call that goes against them or a foul that they want card given against burnley. surely the pL is going to send them a big fine for this kind of behavior.
David Luiz should be sent off for dissent and dirty play in almost every game.

Matic will be a big player for us this season a square peg in a square hole an Expert in his position pogba and others have to improve and matic hopefully will enable that a bit more.

He could have had 5 yellows today x files. When its going well he can look good but when its out up to him he often buckles has a very suspect temperament imo.

I'm here. We're not missing Matic per se. We're already missing Bakayoko though.
Think you're being a bit harsh regarding Luiz. He's not a dirty player. He was pretty frustrated though today. Can't say I blame him. The ref made sure he gave us every possible card he could. Heck, he gave Rudiger a yellow for being alive near a Burnley player.

Matic missing wasn't the key today. Cahill being an idiot and the ref being card happy are what made today bizarro world.

Morata looked legit fantastic when he was one. Even when we were down to 9 he looked good. He made the loss easier to bare for most Chelsea fans I'll bet. And that's saying a lot.
Fabregas indeed was disappointing. You'd expect a guy with his experience to know better, but alas. I do look forward to lots of players reacting to refs' decisions and clapping sarcastically and then not being shown a yellow. That'll be good.
Luiz was too agitated in the first half after the red card and failed to organize the back line. It was a shame but it's what happened.
Ref was mostly decent, but the problem was his inconsistency. Arfield went in with his leg stretched and studs showing on Alonso, yet he only got a yellow. Surely if the ref wants to be strict (sending Cahill off) that should've been a red as well? Alonso doesn't get a pen for being pushed (even if it was a light push) in the back. Yet minutes later Rüdiger gets a yellow for being near a falling Vokes? How is that being consistent?

Jred, I've said same thing to my Liverpool and Chelsea mates. Expect a much tougher season with several injuries and plenty of tiredness. Big difference playing one game in 7 days and 3 games in 9 days. Add in the traveling etc. You need to be able to use all squad, but problem is especially for Liverpool is their squad is bare with averageness. We have a big squad and can compete on all fronts. Especially if perisic and a fullback is signed. Oh and we don't sell Martial to Spurs.

Difference is, Srestha, that Chelsea have actually bought Bakayoko. You on the other hand probably haven't come close to buying a Lambo.
