This is the first time ever I've seen matches on MUTV and I actually enjoyed the commentary a lot. They look like highly biased fans commentating. TBH United's matches have been boring over the past few seasons but if I had been hearing to these guys those matches would have been fun.

I never watch our games on MUTV unless it is the only place broadcasting.
I prefer watching a game with neutral commentary where the commentators talk about every aspect of our game. Praise if we play well and criticize if we play poor. It not only makes the game fun to watch but i always learn from it.
Our commentators on the other hand talks as if we are world beaters. I would like to believe it but we are not there yet.

Paddy Crerrand does my diddies in. He's so one-eyed, it's embarrassing. Bojan is really good, tho.

David May was like a fan in the pub last night 'go on son', 'hit it, 'well played Michael' etc, absolute nonsense though nice to hear his love for the club coming through.
I thought you were a fan of Paddy Stevie, never heard you suggest otherwise ;) agree on Bojan, he has been very good.

Paddy used to get me all cringed up but I kind of like him now.
His love for the club and age make him say the most unbelievable things, sometimes you'll like have to squint and look harder maybe you missed something lol.
Though I only watch preseasons and a few games during the season.

He sounds like he's been wheeled out of the nursing home for the day, just to give the other residents a day's peace and quiet. Bojan humours him, but you can see him twirling his finger to his head, behind Paddy's back.

the best line was when they were speaking about Matic and commented on the fact he had a real good half and even managed time to pull when going into the crowd to say sorry to the young lady who got the ball in the face.

I don't think MuTV are employing paddy for his knowledge of the game and his insightful comments. Tbf he looks like he's unsure what day of the week it is, seems to be watching a different game most of the time and his commentary is as biased as it gets.
Doesnt bother much tbh, hardly going to get unbiased commentary on a club tv and i think its really great the club is still sticking by Paddy after all this time.

Mick, I'm sure he's a lovely fella, but as a commentator, he's up there with Jamie Redknapp.
