I don't usually ask yet I read a rumour that the club may be sold this summer. I recall one of the Ed's saying some time ago that 2017 would be the year. Today I saw a name mentioned, a very wealthy individual with the initials MZ. I wonder if there is any truth in it?

{Ed002's Note - Because of Brexit the pound is worth zip which makes it an attractive buy but not attractive to sell right now.}

Thank you Ed.

Redman you're referring to Mark Zuckerberg by any chance? Other papers reported he's interested in buying Spurs. As ed002 says, great time for someone to buy the club due to the fall in the value of Sterling, but not sure if the Glazers will sell at this time due to the same reason.
I think it's going to be a wait and see for a couple more years. Brexit will add another unknown into the equation.
Got to say, I can see Mark Zuckerberg being more interested in Spurs. It's a London club with a very good structure, an excellent team and a shiny new stadium to come. It's also much cheaper than United.

Schmid

Must be time to change your name?

Yes heard he can't get Spurs but he is looking

In terms of Glazers maybe depends on how their other business is faring because there are not many with that amount of money who they might want to sell to.

It is not Mark Zuckerberg on his own, but an "secret" equity group he is supposed to be involved in that looked at Spurs. Or least that is my understanding of the situation.

RedMan I don't think Zuckerberg is stupide enough to get involved in football. He will stick to counting his bitcoins and trying to change the world.

Time for a name change but I'm waiting for us to sign a world class player before doing so.
