Hi guys

Listening to a podcast earlier on by DiMarzio and he says that if Woodward doesn't meet Mourinho's demands then he can see Mourinho actually walking away. and so far it seems Woodward is making hard work of getting the players. I don't know how much truth is in this but I really hope We get our business done earlier rather than later. It leaves us fans very anxious.

pilib de brún said that not david amoyal and that was his opinion not some info he got.

Hmmm, I'm not convinced it would be the worst thing. I still remain unconvinced by Jose.

One signed before the official window opened and 0 signed after we are 2 days into it, yeh he's making real hard work of it 😂 some fans really need to relax, go for a pint with the lads, service the mrs, do something, there's seriously more to life than worrying about transfers.

Be nice to see a supposed world class manager do some actual managing for a change.

Obviously as a Utd fan I want us to sign the best players possible, but the whole point of having a top class manager is that they can play the best way with the cards they are dealt.

I hope it's true and he does walk, if we start the season slow it will be more excuses and shutting up shop after we take the lead against the likes of Huddersfield, Burnley etc.

I'm dreading the moody press conferences already if we don't spend £200m this summer.

A top class manager doing his job, getting the best out of his squad .

I like it pal.

Two fans out of about 5 who have commented want the manager out. Unbelievable. He won 2 major trophies last season. Yes it wasn't the CL but he won the cups we were qualified to compete in. And some want him out after 12 months. Jesus.

Stand,

This was always my worry after Fergie. In my opinion we have the best man available for the job now, guessing some wish we had David Moyes back in.

Stand, I didn't say I wanted him out, I said I remain unconvinced. I've avoided commenting on the Manager all season and while he is here he has my full support, but it's yet to feel like a good fit to me. I'm not convinced that Jose is happy here either, maybe competing at the top of the league will cheer him up a bit.

Guys, I didn't say Woodward isn't doing his job. just a matter of concern. It is brow raising how many people wouldn't mind Mou out? We enjoyed much more success on the trophy front (relatively) in the post SAF era so far. I wouldn't want him to leave.

03 Jul 2017 09:33:03
He is the first manager in our history to win a major trophy in his first season, and he won 2 of them. #joseout.

03 Jul 2017 10:03:37
He finished 6th.

Gds, tell me about it. Some people just crave the swashbuckling style Klopp has brought to Liverpool, or the messiah brought to city, and won jack with. Get the best out of the players they say. Maybe he has by winning two trophies. Maybe with the likes of Smalling, Rooney, Fellaini, young, lingard, Shaw, blind, etc this squad has competed to its best ability, which isn't enough. Not sure what some people are expecting.

Spurs finished 2nd. Imagine the tours round their new ground, and seeing that big shiny trophy in the cabinet for the year they finished 2nd.
