one of my favourite players. Fantastic footballer. Always wanted him here. Hope he goes to Barcelona. They are also chasing di maria so its entirely possible that you could see a couple of high profile departures from the noucamp as they are not cash rich and will need to fund any big moves by way of sales.

Verratti would walk into our team (--> Chelsea) . He could play alongside Matic, Kante, and especially Bakayoko (if he signs for us, but I'm not holding my breath) . You can also easily play a 3 man midfield with him.
I was hoping the Conte connection with Verratti could entice him to join us. But Ed has now stated on Chelsea's page that Verratti's keen on a move elsewhere. I'm guessing it's Juve or Barcelona. You don't have to worry about facing him next season ;)

He has always said he wants to go back to Italy when he leaves PSG and wants to play for Juve. Do a search and he has consistently said that over the last 2 or 3 years. No surerise which means if it happens Juve will be selling a player or 2. My money is on Marchisio if Verrati ends up at Juve.
