I know people rave about Valencia, but is not a RB, he is very poor going forward, can't use his left foot at all and can't cross a ball. He had a lot of possession this year down the right wing, with no end results. We need a good attacking RB who can put quality crosses into the box.

If we were a near perfect team, i don't know like a team whose won the champions league 3 times in the last 4 seasons then we could probably nitpick at those types of areas.
But the reality is that we have a lot of positions before right back to sort out.

We need to address LB, CB, HM and CF before we worry about RB. Next year we can bring another one in but for me unless we have the other areas sorted RB can wait.
{Ed004's Note - The issue is if Valencia gets injured (or needs rested which happened a lot at the end of the season) do we have adequate cover?}

He's not flashy, doesn't have a fancy reputation, but I love hI'm. Gives 100%, doesn't seem to have a huge ego, real team player, and had a great season. It sure what your problem is.

There was talk not long ago of Serge Aurier being available at a relatively low price. I might be wrong but I think it was mentioned on the Sharkopod. I'd snap him up if he was available.
Any of the eds know if he's still an option?

The 1st 4 signings i would try for would be semedo and lindelof and mendy and fabinho
That would make us more solid at the back whilst also offering more on the wings. Both fullbacks can attack and the rest of our ptesent attackers would be able to attack whilst knowing we had a solid base of bailey and lindelof with fab sat in front of them.
Build from the back
Once those 4 were in place i would look for a goal scorer, your belotti's, lukaku's and then worry about an attacker/ winger.
{Ed004's Note - I agree. They would be my exact first 4 signings. We have good quality up top and strong options in midfield however we are very poor at the back. There doesn't seem to be many top quality attackers in the market currently. We may be better off waiting for Griezmann in January or next summer for a winger}
