If any of the ed's or anyone with any insight are about, your thoughts please.

I know this has been covered and Ed 002 has mention about it in the past, but now the season is over, whet the hell is going on with Jose.

The final match we had his 11 second press conference, and I believe he was out of the stadium in 20 minutes. Not even round the pitch.

He generally looks very grumpy, ed 002 alluded to the fact he does not like Manchester much.

He is unshaven and wears that zip top/ jacket combo, generally looking unkempt. Odd comments and snide remarks, calling out players etc. This must transmit back into the team. It's like all the worst traits of his previous jobs all concentrated into the grinch we have here.

So, given that Jose blows up by year 3, what have we got in store here for year 2?

Is he looking to be sacked, has he lost his mind?

Thoughts.

{Ed001's Note - he is not looking to be sacked, but he is not entirely happy with life at the moment. It is difficult to be alone hundreds of miles from your family living in a hotel. Hotel living is depressing at the best of times, but even worse when you are having a real struggle with your job. It has just not worked out as he wanted it to. Personally I think he needs a break from the game.}

Maybe he'll go back to Everton if Koeman leaves 😉.

{Ed025's Note - he might go even if koeman stays brendan...but i hope not mate..

Baines, Pienaar, Osman, Barkley, Coleman signings must if we Moyesy again.

{Ed025's Note - you wish rohan.. :)

22 May 2017 20:40:49
Yeah you need to look forward not back. You seem to be going in the right direction.

{Ed025's Note - i would like to think so brendan..

Hope you don't mind me asking Ed, do you know why Jose is "struggling"? Is it the job itself? the philosophies of the club? his vision he may be trying to get across? the players are not on the same page? or the pressure of living away from his family? thanks.

{Ed025's Note - Living away for his family is the big one shane..

22 May 2017 21:49:20
I get that. All the money in the world can't replace your loved ones.

{Ed007's Note - No but it can certainly make the misery a bit more bearable. There's guys working on building sites away from their families all week for minimum wage so let's not get all emotional over a multi-millionaire who can fly himself or his family anywhere in the world most days of the week. He knew when he took the job his family wouldn't join him, he knew it rained in Manchester a lot and he knew it wasn't going to be an easy job.}

22 May 2017 22:06:43
Why can't his family move to Manchester?

{Ed007's Note - It's not glamorous enough, the weather, the restaurants aren't classy enough....

22 May 2017 22:06:55
Tbh I know I couldn't cope being away from my family on the other side of the country constantly, actually feel for him on that part.

{Ed007's Note - Not even for £15 million a year and working basically flexi-time? Your Mrs would divorce you if you turned that down, Shane.}

22 May 2017 22:09:11
I get that but perspective is hard. Still the mind is a funny thing and sometimes we can't control it and his it makes us feel.

{Ed007's Note - They're only in London, it's not exactly long haul and he won't exactly be sitting on a train with a discount ticket listening to drunken neds like us plebs.}
