The PL season is finished and it's fair to say it has been hugely disappointing.
The notion that we can buy a few players and challenge for the league is misplaced. We are a long way away from challenging. City, Chelsea, spurs and Liverpool will all strengthen.
We need a huge change of fortunes to challenge. But more importantly, the manager has to up his game and send teams out to be more offensive. Another repeat if this season is unacceptable.
On a massive positive note, the youngsters have showed immense promise and enthusiasm and maturity. Let's hope they're given a chance.
Good luck to the team for Wednesday and let's hope we can beat a young Ajax side and play the United way. Sadly, I can see another excruciatingly boring and negative performance. But hope we can win to give us some cheer.

All teams will buy players the trick is to get them players playing well .
Last summer I can't remember many people raving about Monaco, now all there players are world class.
Next season it will be some one else.

Unsure as to why Mourinnho didn't join the players for the lap. Maybe he thought he hadn't done well enough to deserve to be clapped by the fans. That is what I'm hoping anyway. Anyway onwards and upwards hopefully!

We are very close to challenging for the title and the summer window will be a major factor. The gap at the top between the top teams is minuscule and its one or 2 key players being inform or off form.

Hilarious as always steviek. Read the post and you'll see I said that we do not need a lot of players as I prefer the youngsters to be given a chance.

Thanks ed025. I visit and enjoy the site every day and I'm sure the summer will be busy one. Hope we buy top players but else bear in mind that we have very good young players coming through.
Let's hope mourinho gets a good break in Portugal and come back with a cheerier mood.
