It was interesting to learn that even after such a tough run of games before yesterday's game we had a fully fit squad with less injuries than at the same time in the previous season
I read an article which explained Jose doesn't believe in rehabilitation machines which previous managers did including SAF. Running machines which lessen joint impact are seen as counterproductive. Jose wants to get his players fit by playing football.
The medical centre was described by SAF previously as a "big signing". However, apparently the "state-of-the-art machines" indicated Chris Smalling, Phil Jones and Jonny Evans would have their 'most available' seasons on the eve of the 2014-15 campaign. Smalling then suffered seven injuries, Jones five and Evans six over the next year.
An interesting but subtle change, which is interesting when you consider Carrick and Rooney were said to have approached lvg to request changes to training.

I think mourinho deserves an extension just for that, i can't remember the last time phil jones was last fit for as many matches in a row as he has played this season.
