Can anyone shed some lights on what kind of player is this Lindelof lad is? Is he good? No nonsense/ ball playing?

Sure I read he's more Rio than Vidic but I've not seen him play so could be totally wrong.

only seen him a few times, looked more a vidic, big strong lad no nonsense .
down side he looked slow .

I've seen him play right back for Sweden. Tidy enough I'd agree more vidic type than rio but he was comfortable in possession. Didn't think he was slow at all but it was only one match.

I'd say similar currently to matip, tall, solid a bit lanky and can play, from what I've seen.

He's a wholehearted player. Never gives up. Has some vidic qualities. Very quick. Very determined. He's also quite a tall guy so will fit perfectly in the PL.
My Benfica friends rate him the best defender they've had for years.

really didn't look that quick when i watched him but to be honest its only a hand full of games .
must of had a good year tho almost joined Middlesbrough last jan so must be a player on the up.
big strong and only 22 so plenty of time to kick on.

As all your comments suggest he is quick (except jred :P) and strong. So may be Jose plans to use him as right back as well. Tony already does a great job but no back up. Our squad looks much balanced now.
