For Apple try downloading, "live media player" from the store. Search teams and you might get a few streams. Can be laggy and not great quality. If it's android download mobdro from the Internet.

If you go on reddit and search soccerstreams you can usually find one for mobiles or tablets on the sub reddit mate.
