As I posted a few days ago, I don't think we have the players capable of mounting a challenge or even top4.
So out of all our players, which one actually is the best in his position in the PL? I think only DDG can claim to be the best.
The rest are just average players at best.

I get where you're coming from but that's a bit of a generalization. Some of our players are not performing anywhere close to what they can. Pogba, shaw, martial, mikki come to mind.
Some like mata, hererra have done well at times but need the system to suit them which is not possible all the time.
Bailly in particular has been very impressive but is still and year or two from being top class.

Theres no shape to the team, they are all over the shop. there's no trust there, when fellani and herrera have to sit in front of the back 4,and rashford has to play like a wing back
Theres 0 trust in the back 4.
When your building a team you start at the back, baily was a good buy but we need a top cb beside him.
Smalling and jones should have been given the doir 4 years ago, not united players unfortunately,
And the 90 million man would want to start controlling the midfield.

leahy, nail on the head there with that post. No trust. I just hope that over the next few games we collect some wins and build that trust throughout the team. Confidence is key too. A few wins together in a row, players playing in correct positions, who knows what can happen.

You are reading too much Schmidfield.
Yes, yesterday's shambolic and abject performance from our team makes me worry but in no way we have average players . If played to our strength we can outscore any team in the league . Players like pogba, ibrahimovic, martial, shaw, even smalling have been performing poor recently . They are class players specially pogba and ibra who need no justification . Mikhi is yet to play before we can judge him .
Mourinho had this team play defensive game even though our major strength is our offensive players . We game Chelsea far too many freedom . Hazard and Costa and very less defensive work to do as we gave them very little to defend .
Last but not the least, their first goal in mere 30 seconds destroyed everything the team had planned .
I am very annoyed with our abysmal performance but no way we are an average team . We are a strong team but for that Jose must find a way to play to our strength.

Not an ability problem but a mentality one. We have very good players but when the going gets tough they shrink.
In the past 3 years i don't think we've even come from behind in a game.

Interesting views guys. I don't think any of our back four apart from Bailly will play for any of the top 5 teams.
Oit of our midfielders, only pogba on form will play.
Our strikers, only rashford in a couple of years will play.
We have serious lack of confidence and cohesion but we also seriously lack quality.
